A major external repairs programme has transformed the 1970s fascia with new cladding and has given Halton Lea a modern look and feel.

The project has used more than 1,500m2 of terracotta tiles, 500m2 of Kingspan panels, 50,000 screws and 125 tonnes of render; this was installed to prevent the existing façade, which was detaching, from deteriorating further.

With 32,500 man hours spent on the project to date, the transformation has now been revealed.

Horbury Building Systems installed 10,000m2 insulated render system along with Kingspan Insulated Cladding Panels & Terracotta Rainscreen System including all necessary PPC aluminum copings and flashings.
