5 Cheapside was an existing office building in disrepair, but with its excellent location next to St Paul’s Cathedral it was bought by the property arm of Alan Sugar Amsprop, who engaged ISG to undertake a full refurbishment. During the works the full facade of the building was removed and replaced with a full glazed facade and a full Cat A fit out was conducted of all areas.
