LeisureOne Nine Elms, also known as the Park Hyatt is a flagship project which stands at 42 storeys tall. In total, Park Hyatt consists of 173 hotel rooms, along with a plethora of amenities, including a luxury spa, ballroom and a club house restaurant.
Titan Interior Solutions were responsible for the drylining works across all hotel rooms and podium levels. Our scope of works included partitions, MF ceilings, GRG moulding, pattressing and BWIC.
A very challenging project undertaken through the pandemic but still completed to the highest standard.
