Welcome to the team Rob Kelemen. Rob assumed the role of Operational Excellence Manager at the Horbury Group in January. In this capacity, he oversees the implementation of the "Horbury Way," our operational excellence initiative, and continuous improvement programme. Rob's primary objective is to assist the operations team in project delivery and foster the exchange of best practices. Additionally, he plays a vital role in the group's Net Zero carbon committee, working towards our commitment to achieve carbon neutrality by 2035.
