Junior Management Training Programme

Today, we held our held our Junior Management Training Programme at head office. The session focused on construction programming, including creating drop-lines manually and with software, and understanding the role of programmes in JCT & NEC contracts. Our junior managers showed impressive skills and a solid grasp of these concepts, demonstrating strong potential for their future careers.
