We, The Horbury Group, were contracted to fit-out 58no. bespoke 1,2 Bed & Studio Apartments housed within 2no. Victorian Shipping Warehouses alongside the Rochdale Canal in Piccadilly, Manchester. 

Both Buildings, Minshull House and Minto &Turner, played a significant role in Manchester’s Industrial Revolution and were very individual in their layout presenting unique challenges. In particular significant elements of the existing structures were to remain exposed creating technical issues in compliance to current regulations.

Our core works comprised Drylining Partitions, MF Ceilings, Timber Cladding, SFS and Plasterworks throughout the Residential apartments and associated Communal Areas. All works were undertaken whilst protecting and maintaining the original industrial features of the scheme giving each apartment a unique finish and appearance.

Such a unique and stylish project!
